A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The property was in an amazing location just next door to the mall, easy drive to Hampton, and Virginia till the end of the years.

Needs updated temperature controls, system is either on or off...very annoying and LOUD:-( Room decor needs updating from the furniture to the carpet.

second night room never cleaned. had to request at twice to get towels since room wasn't cleaned. We were gone most of the day. didn't make a stink about it. Never offered a rate reduction after being informed the room was not cleaned.
